What exactly is the OWN Business Festival?
It’s a full-day business immersion created for women in business who want more than just another networking event. Think fresh ideas, powerful collaborations, tangible tools and mindset resets all in a space that blends strategy with soul.
Is this just another pitch-fest or networking event?
No. This day is intentionally not about collecting business cards or chasing your next client. It’s about expanding your business through collaboration, support, and community. You’ll leave with real connections and practical insight not a handful of sales pitches.
Who is this event for?
Women in business who are craving connection, clarity, and expansion. Whether you’re in your first year or your fifth, this is for you if you’re feeling the mental load of growth, tired of going it alone, or want to reignite your energy and love for what you do.
I’m introverted / new to OWN. Will I feel welcome?
Yes. We’ve designed the day to be inclusive, supportive and warm no cliques, no overwhelm. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be guided welcomes and guided through high-value activities that help you connect in ways that feel natural and genuine.
Do I have to be a current OWN member to attend?
No. This event is open to all women in business who align with our values of connection, courage, and doing business your own way. You’ll get a feel for what OWN is all about and have the option to join if it feels right.
What if I don’t have a team, or I’m still growing my business?
Perfect. Many of our guests are solopreneurs or small business owners who are wearing multiple hats. You’ll find support here from women who understand that juggle and ideas to help lighten the load.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. You’ll be well looked after throughout the day with refreshments, signature OWN mocktails, lunch and snacks. Bring a water bottle and your appetite for connection.

What if I don’t know anyone else going?
You won’t be alone for long. From the welcome moment through to the roundtables and talks, we’ve built this day to help you feel at ease, seen and supported. Many guests walk in solo and walk out with business besties.
Will I be forced to speak or pitch?
No. There are opportunities to share if you feel ready, but nothing is forced. We create space for everyone to participate at their comfort level with plenty of support and encouragement along the way.
