They like to hear and be heard, inspire and be inspired, support and be supported. They will grow in their time at their pace, and make wise choices on their path.

These are crucial for sustainable business growth but also for a sustainable and holistic life (something we are big fans of!)
Problem 1 - the more time conundrum
We won’t even waste your time carrying on about why you need more time.
You just do. You know it, we empathise with it.
We get busy doing busy work, putting out the spot fires on the daily.
What we think you need (probably) (and it’s worked for loads of the folks in the group) is our ‘Block and Balance’ Calendar System.
It’s not rocket science, but it’s a fast solution to making your business feel more organised adn manageable, and helps you make time for the things that matter not the problems, or fun stuff!
Problem 2: - the more money merry-go-round
Well there’s no super fast fix to ‘more money’ - that’s the red pill option (the magic silverbullet that takes you out of pain that is not real!)
Actually, wait* …there is a red pill option, and it can be real - they’re all over Instagram and Facebook as the ‘fast way’ to solve your business problems. Those tactics have worked for the person who is selling them, we get it (we’ve tried them and even been guilty of selling them). But what we’ve come to realise is that the people we attract in our crew are unique. So the chances of you having the same skill set as that guru are pretty slim. And by trying to implement them you might just end in a “i’m a failure” spiral.
So after years of mopping up burnt business women, we prefer the blue pill. That is… getting strategic, asking the right questions of the right unique people, and taking your time to reflect on your strengths and values and use them to make business decisions. Because when you are driving your business from a place of integrity and within your values, you are FAR more likely to make it work, because…well it feels good! It doesn’t feel like work, it’s effortless and it flows.
Let us put this in black and white. Making more money can look like finding money right now - cutting back time on manual steps in your business with a good tech recommendation, or saving energy and heart ache chasing the wrong clients, or buying back some time on low-value tasks by investing in a VA or book keeper who comes well recommended.
Being around people and mentors who want to fully understand your unique vision, help you uncover your unique strengths and help you develop your unique strategy in business is not as sexy as the red pill, but that approach will increase your chances of success.
Don’t believe us? Let’s run a quick thought experiment.
Option 1/
We give you the red pill (let’s think of it like the latest marketing tactic being spruiked) and you have a 1 in 1000 chance of this money making tactic working instantly. If you get it working you make an extra $20k a month.
Option 2/

The momentum takes longer to gain, but through a dedicated few years of connection and showing up, levelling up and contribution, you have increased your chances of success to 1 in 3. (There’s some stuff in life we simply can’t control so we’d better leave a few chances for that to happen).
Option 2 has you sustainably reaching your monthly financial goals, and working in flow, and feeling like a successful business owner who is part of network of supporters.

Problem 3 - the energy vortex
Overwhelm is fear self doubt and concussion - fast draining your energyStaying in overwhelm will mean the cost of action being taken - opportunity cost OR Ij fear - not showing up in the right energy to draw in and inspire and sell, convert and engage, or even let anyone know you're in business.,
When you sit in overwhelm, it ain’t just a moment. That stuff is contagious! The first hint of it, is when you think you’re in control of your plan, and something triggers you. It might be an email from a client with more work than you expected to have to do for them, or an event you committed to attending, or a sudden need from a loved one you hadn’t catered for. Or it could be a slower suffocation, a big business task you have put off for way too long, you feel like you’re in a tight space with the water level rising around you, with moments left to breathe and you need an oxygen mask ASAP.
How ever overwhelm grabs you it isn’t just in that moment. It has a knock-on. It precipitates self doubt, confusion and fear. These little doozies are the fastest way to drain your energy for the good things, but worse still they inform your vibe.
Your vibe is your greatest asset in business. If you aren’t a vibe (you’re own unique vibe) to be around, then it’s hard to attract your crew of potential clients, staff and supporters.
It’s cruel - but the hard facts are DRAINERS AREN’T FUN! They’re draining!
So people avoid them! And their businesses.
So can we skip the MASSIVE opportunity cost of overwhelm and just get you out of it today (or keep this up your sleeve for emergencies).

Will I be added to a weird Facebook group full of pushy promo people?
No. I mean we can’t control your DMs but we definitely don't promote unsolicited crap. We have a stifling amount of integrity often to the detriment of making sales, so hopefully that vibe is pinging through the group!
Do I have to join another FB group?
We get it, we are in too many too. We have grand plans of not being on Facebook and in a more sustainably minded community app or the like - but for now - this is where you are so we had better be here too!
How will my Kickstarter Kit arrive to me?
When you enter your details by clicking on the ‘grab the kit now button’ then you will get redirected to a confirmation page that has all your gear there for you to download. Some of the videos we have recorded to give your downloads more context are in the Facebook group. We put them in there because we knew you’d have questions about them, so we wanted to get you answers asap buy reading other people’s Q&A about using the kick starter kit and implementing the tools. You don’t have to join the FB group but we’d love to see you in there. You will definitely need to be in there to benefit from the Co-Working Days though!
How will I know when the Co-Working Day is scheduled?
We run them every fortnight on a Tuesday. We all jump on Zoom (with a fresh link generated each fortnight that is posted in the FB group the day before), and Mira or I will facilitate a kick off meet and greet. Then we all jump into the deep work and hook back up throughout the day.
Who are you guys? How do I know if you’re any good as mentors?
Great question. There are many hacks out there. Firstly we like to think of the group as your mentors, not just us! And there is a total wealth of talent and knowledge in there for sure! Well, you’ve got a lot on your plate, so we are aiming to keep everything super useful. We will help you set priorities at the start of the week, get you in flow with a fortnightly deep work day on our Co-Working sessions, and we will have live interviews with other local business women who have found strategy, tips and tricks to getting on track in their business. There will be plenty of simple easy to use resources in the guides section (most of these have been deployed in Kath’s 20K a year mastermind she used to run, so lucky you getting them for free)! We will also have certain days where you can promote your business gently, and finally a member directory so you can connect with local women in business.
